Have we mentioned how much we enjoy shooting first-look photos?! Capturing this private moment was a popular request by our couples this summer. When we first sat down to chat with Laurel and Mark, these shots were one of the first items of business.


Their first look, at Arbutus Cove where Mark proposed, was the sweetest. We loved witnessing Laurel slow down her pace as she soaked up her moment and Mark hold a loving smile as he first set his gaze on her. Big thanks to our assistant Allison Wood who helped to capture these shots!


What a blast it was to work with their super fun wedding party (nailed the spontaneous ninja pose at Mt. Doug) and to feel the love and support of their friends and family as they exchanged vows at the Victoria Yacht Club. Huge Congrats to Laurel and Mark!
